Dana Bandera is an associate in both the Corporate & Securities Practice Group and the Insurance, Banking & Financial Services Industry Group. Her practice focuses on both U.S. and foreign insurance and securities laws. In addition, Ms. Bandera is involved in the firm’s International practice area, with a particular emphasis on Latin America. She assists clients with respect to the foreign regulatory issues arising in connection with variable life and annuity products and offshore funds, and also provides advice on international trade and cross-border transactions. She also advises clients on the subject of money laundering laws, including the USA Patriot Act, Foreign Assets Control Regulations administered by OFAC, and CFIUS.

Ms. Bandera joined the firm in 2007 after receiving her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was an Articles and Comments Editor of the school's Inter-American Law Review. She worked as a law clerk in Jones Walker's Miami office during her last year of law school.
