Scott Chenevert is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Jones Walker and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing public and private companies in equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital investments, and other transactional matters. Mr. Chenevert also has experience in the general representation of business organizations, and he advises corporations and their boards of directors on a range of corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Chenevert practiced in Washington, D.C., with the Corporate Transaction Practice Group of the international law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, LLP.
