Kevin Ainsworth is a member of the Business and Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. He concentrates his business and commercial litigation practice on products liability, construction, and premises liability disputes. His labor and employment litigation practice is focused on Fair Labor Standards Act individual and collective action claims, federal and state law employment discrimination and harassment claims, and employment contract and restrictive covenant disputes.
Prior to joining Jones Walker in 2006, Mr. Ainsworth was a partner at the law firm of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnett in Baton Rouge. He previously was associated with the baseball division of Steinberg, Moorad & Dunn, a sports agency in Newport Beach, California.
