Boyd A. Bryan, a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Baton Rouge office whose practice focuses on environmental law, spoke at the 26th Annual Southeastern Environmental Law and Regulation Conference in Destin, Fl. Mr. Bryan was a panelist and gave the Louisiana environmental regulatory update during the Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi 2017 Regulatory Update panel. Other panelists were Todd Carter with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management and Gary Rikard, Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.  The panel was moderated by former Jones Walker attorney, Susan Floyd, who is now in-house environmental counsel with Entergy.  The conference was attended by government officials, consultants, attorneys, and members of the regulated community from throughout the southeast.
