It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague, David G. Radlauer. David began his legal career in the New Orleans office in 1978. As a partner, he was head of the Litigation Practice Group, a founding member of the corporate compliance and white collar defense team, and served as a member of both the executive committee and the board of directors. David was also instrumental in cementing the firm’s long-standing relationship with the Jewish community.

His practice was focused on the areas of antitrust law, class action defense, and business and commercial litigation. David also served as defense counsel in several class action suits, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. He was most recently special counsel in the Litigation Practice Group.

After receiving his BA from the University of New Orleans in 1975, David went on to earn his JD from Georgetown University Law Center School in 1978. While at Georgetown Law, he was a member and editor of Law and Policy in International Business.
