Levelset, a construction software company, has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Procore Technologies, Inc. for $500 million. Jones Walker partners Asher Friend, Adam Matasar, and Ted Jones led the firm’s legal team representing Levelset in this transaction.
The acquisition, scheduled to close in the fourth quarter of 2021, includes approximately $425 million in cash and $75 million in stock. This strategic acquisition, the largest since Procore’s inception, will help to simplify lien management workflows for construction and accelerate the payment process.
