Jones Walker LLP announced today that the firm’s Washington, DC, office has relocated to the One M building in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood from its previous location in the Fairchild Building on Capitol Hill. The new office address is 1 M Street SE, Suite 600, Washington, DC 20003.

The firm now occupies the sixth floor of the trophy-class One M building, also known as the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) building. One M is an 11-story, 113,000-square-foot, LEED Silver office building completed in 2020.

“We are thrilled to relocate to One M and into a new, modern office space strategically located in a vibrant neighborhood near the US Capitol Complex, federal agency office buildings, and the Navy Yard-Ballpark Metro Station. The move will be a catalyst in further deepening the client relationships we value so much, as well as a cornerstone in building new connections,” said Chris Johnsen, a partner in the Government Relations Practice Group and head of the firm’s DC office. “We look forward to a new chapter of growth in the nation’s capital city.”

The office has access to a fully equipped conference center and broadcast studio and is an ideal location to host client, professional, and community events. One M is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and entertainment choices and within walking distance of Nationals Park, Yards Park, and all of the Capitol Riverfront’s amenities.

Jones Walker opened the DC office in 1990. Today, attorneys and government relations professionals represent local, national, and international clients with interests in legislation before Congress or in rules, regulations, and administrative orders issued by federal departments, agencies, and commissions.
