Jacob Pritt, an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in New Orleans, was featured in a recent HRLaws.com article “LA Courts Reach Different Results in Harassment Cases,” for his examination and guidance on how to effectively prevent, investigate, and respond to sexual harassment allegations in response to two recent Louisiana court decisions. A Shreveport court recently dismissed a former employee’s harassment case, while a New Orleans court allowed an ex-employee’s claims to proceed. Together, the cases provide guidance on how an employer may want to respond to harassment allegations in the workplace.
