Miriam Wogan Henry, a partner in the Tax Practice Group in the New Orleans office, recently presented during the 53rd Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning on January 17, 2019, in Orlando, FL. Miriam presented “Don’t Dis the Disclaimer: Know the Rules to Keep Up with a Changing Game.” Miriam discussed the ins, outs, and intricacies of using disclaimers for planning, in light of changing tax laws and client goals.
