- Encourage mutual respect and appreciation for those with different perspectives and backgrounds
- Assist the firm in recruiting, retaining, and advancing lawyers and professional staff from diverse backgrounds
- Continue to develop a pipeline of diverse lawyers and professional staff
- Provide mentoring and coaching opportunities to aid in career advancement
