Caroline Lee is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and a member of the bankruptcy team.
Caroline’s practice focuses on the areas of bankruptcy law, restructuring, and creditors'-debtors' rights, as well as commercial litigation.
Caroline earned her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, and a diploma in comparative law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While in law school, Caroline completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Harlin D. Hale of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. During her second year of law school, she worked with LSU's Immigration Clinic and provided legal services to asylum seekers. Caroline also served as a senior editor for the Louisiana Law Review, which published her student comment. She was inducted into the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top 10% of her class and also received five CALI awards for earning the highest grade in various courses.
