Henry "Hank" Rauschenberger is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.
Hank has significant litigation experience in state and federal courts across Louisiana. He has counseled clients at every step in the process, including handling discovery, depositions, and preparation of expert witnesses, as well as conducting research and drafting motions. He has also participated in settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Hank has also represented clients in a broad range of commercial corporate and real estate matters, including purchases, leases, financing agreements, and other transactions relating to commercial, industrial, and residential properties at every stage of development. On behalf of his corporate clients, he regularly drafts and negotiates business contracts and advises on business formation, regulatory matters, and other issues.
Among other matters, he has represented companies in disputes involving business and commercial transactions, environmental and toxic torts, public contracts, employment, bankruptcy, succession matters, and trusts and estates. Hank has experience representing banking institutions and other clients in collections matters and in relation to mortgage backed securities. Hank draws on this experience to help clients proactively identify and manage potential risks, enabling them to more effectively achieve their business goals.
His clients come from across the economic landscape of Louisiana, including the oil and gas, chemicals, construction, real estate, manufacturing, and other industries.
