Kylie McNamara is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate law, governance, transactional, and related matters.
While earning her law degree, Kylie served as a legal intern at the Office of Administrative Law Judges of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jay C. Zainey of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, as a legal extern in the Preventing Targeted Violence Team of the McCain Institute, and as a research assistant at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. She was an articles editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and served as an Arizona State University Law student ambassador. She also was active in the Women Law Students' Association.
Prior to entering law school, Kylie was a research intern at the Tulane Institute of Water Resources Law & Policy, a communications and development intern for the executive director of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, and an employment services intern for refugee services at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans. As part of her commitment to the community, Kylie also served as an intern for the American Cancer Society.
