Olivia Greenberg is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and is on the bankruptcy and restructuring team.
Olivia focuses her practice on corporate reorganization, restructuring, liquidation, acquisitions, and associated litigation. While Olivia routinely advises oil and gas clients, her industry focus is broad, and she has experience representing Chapter 11 trustees, debtors, and creditors in bankruptcy courts across the country.
Prior to joining Jones Walker, Olivia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Neil P. Olack of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. While in law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marc T. Treadwell of the US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and as an honors intern for the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
Olivia is a graduate of Mercer University School of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree, cum laude, and was a member of the Mercer Law Review. During law school, Olivia earned CALI Awards in Legal Writing II, Payment Systems, Advanced Writing Group, and Consumer Bankruptcy Practice. Olivia also received a masters in business administration at Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics while in law school. Olivia graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a bachelor of arts in religion and political science, magna cum laude.
