Sean provides pragmatic, comprehensive, and outcome-driven counsel that draws on his experience advising clients in various bankruptcies. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, ad hoc groups, unsecured creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, liquidating trustees, and other parties in large, complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies and other matters involving distressed companies and assets.

A skilled negotiator, Sean understands the competing interests and objectives of his clients and their counterparties, and works to bridge these gaps to achieve effective solutions. When negotiated outcomes are not possible, Sean serves as a strong advocate for his clients in bankruptcy, trial, and appellate courts at every level.
