Tamra Manfredo is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate law, governance, transactional, and related matters.
While earning her law degree, Tamra was production editor of the Louisiana Law Review, in which she was also a published author. As a research assistant, she devoted a significant amount of time to topics of professionalism, ethics, and bankruptcy. Tamra received multiple awards on her academic merits and was included in the top 16 finalists in the Tullis Moot Court Competition in 2022.
Tamra also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick at the US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, where she researched and drafted bench memoranda on a variety of civil and criminal law topics.
