Tiffany Dupree is special counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. She advises clients on regulatory matters, including OSHA compliance and subsequent litigation.
Tiffany is an experienced attorney who represents clients across a broad range of industries in governmental investigations and administrative proceedings brought before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Known for her leadership, communication skills, and commitment to teamwork, she plays a key role in assisting clients with responding to on-site safety and health investigations by OSHA, the Chemical Safety Board, and the US Coast Guard, as well as in defending clients in subsequent litigation with the Department of Labor. Tiffany works closely with clients, firm colleagues, and outside experts to identify, coordinate, and pursue sophisticated legal strategies and mount strong clear arguments on behalf of clients.
Among other matters, she has represented clients in complex oil and gas legacy litigation, post-judgment settlement and defense-cost recovery efforts, and disputes involving purchases and sales of minerals, rights-of-way, servitude agreements, and violations of local ordinances.
Tiffany has an extensive legal writing background and has drafted numerous pleadings, pretrial briefs, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and motions to dismiss, as well as mediation position papers and requests for settlement authority. A consummate legal researcher, she also participates in pretrial discovery, develops and responds to written discovery, and creates interactive presentations to communicate key arguments and defenses at trial.
