Ginnie is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the firm’s HR policies and procedures with regard to employee relations, talent management, benefit administration, performance management, and staff salary administration. She also provides HR support to the regional offices of the firm.

Ginnie is a SHRM Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has more than 20 years of experience providing organizational leadership on HR issues and programs. She helps administrative, practice group, and executive leaders throughout the organization ensure compliance with firm policy and state and federal laws and regulations.
